We want you to feel confident shopping with Bracero. Here’s how returns and size exchanges work:

🔄 Size Exchange Policy

• You can request a size exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is unused and in original condition.
• A ₹99 reverse shipping fee applies per exchange request. This covers part of the return logistics cost.
• The replacement item will be shipped once we receive and verify the returned product.
• Only one exchange is allowed per original order.
• If the new item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

🔙 Returns Policy

• You can return a product within 7 days of delivery if it is unused and in good condition.
• Returning for a refund? A ₹140 reverse pickup fee will be deducted from the refund.
• Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Products must be returned in original condition and packaging. Used or damaged items are not eligible.
• All freebies or gifts must be returned. If not, their value will be deducted from your refund.
• Only one return or exchange is allowed per original order.
• Partially paid orders (Cash + Online) are non-refundable.
• Refund will be issued within 7 days after receiving the returned product.

🛍️ Black Friday or Sale Orders: If you return part of the order, discounts will be recalculated based on what you keep.
